In general, the most convenient and cost-effective methods is to fly with Jetstar directly from Narita to the Gold Coast, or from Kansai Airport via Narita to the Gold Coast. Please note, however, that Jetstar does re-schedule flights from time to time. Furthermore, in order to gather at the Gold Coast on the morning of 13 August participants will need to book flights that depart no later than the evening of 12 August.

Information is available on Jetstar’s home page (http://www.jetstar.com) and bookings can be easily made in 10-15 minutes by following the instructions. Although you are not required to enter a passport number at this time, you will need to have a credit card ready to make the payment. If you require further assistance, please contact the AJWCEF Head Office by email: training@ajwcef.org. We are also able to recommend a reliable travel agent should you require help with flight and insurance arrangements (being a not-for-profit organisation, AJWCEF itself is not a travel agent). Please be aware, however, that booking through a travel agent will add to the cost of these elements.

Accommodation & Meals
Depending on the ratio of male to female participants, accommodation may be twin share (2 people) or a suite room (up to 4 people).
